TERMS OF CONDITIONS

64 % of the total package rate will be paid by the client to begin development of the website, upon both parties signing the preliminary purchase order. 

​

once the website is finalized (usually within 7 to 15 days after the placement of the preliminary purchase order) and the client pays the remaining 36 % of the total fee --- in addition to both the client & webmaster signing off on the website's completion & the full purchase order --- the webmaster will officially publish & set the website live online.

​

two renewal notices will be sent to the client 10 days before the end of the purchase order's 6 month duration. if the client would like to change/upgrade their package, the client must give the webmaster at least a 20 day notice during the last month of the purchase order.

 

renewing the default rate is recommended.

 

not renewing after the 6 month period will temporarily render the site offline.

face-to-face meetings & transactions in western new york are free;

flight, fuel, car rental, travel, accommodation costs, etc elsewhere will be fully paid,

in advance, by the client. all fees must be paid via cash,

check ( in-person delivery only)  or cash app (  + ZELLE, PAYPAL or APPLE PAY )
